An enjoyable course. I shall use the new ideas and practical activities with my classes to excite and enthuse them. I was also pleased to obtain information on new Physics resources.
A fantastic day full of fun and informative practicals and new ways of explaining principals of physics. Absolutely brilliant and today will have an immediate impact on my teaching!
100% of delegates said they thought the course was either 'good or very good' with 75% saying it was 'very good'
SOME COMMENTS FROM THE DELEGATES:
‘Lots of good ideas for demonstrations and modeling, e.g. waves, vibrations’ ‘Good course – lots of ideas for experiments’ ‘The experiments were simple to set up e.g. the shoe box phases of the Moon model’ ‘Brilliant day, exceptionally useful for improving my teaching’ ‘Very enjoyable day and some great ideas to take back and try immediately’ ‘Some excellent ideas to engage pupils in these topics. I appreciated the hands on approach and time allocated to try out the practicals’ ‘The topics were made interesting – I’m sure my students will now look forward to the lessons’ ‘The training showed that everything could be explained by doing practicals’
